30-Day Returns

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at infomerrywick@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at infomerrywick@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will handle it under this policy.
